Universities at every locality
School at every lane
Any question must not arise about number of students , number and quality of staff – their salary , infrastructure and accessories ….
Only building .
When the construction rate in market is 1500 /- per square foot , that’s for pwd or other government org is minimum 4000/- per square feet ( actual data ) .
Then , why this difference ?
You can tell this – cut money or commission relay .
2000/- is for leaders through or not through syndicates , 500/- for opponent leaders , 1500/- for promoters .
Promoters never gives the quality of individual . Within 1500/- , when individual keeps 250/- profit , govt. contractors keep it 750/- minimum . And , within this 750/- cut money for lower grade pwd engineers is at least 250/-.
Minimum area of this construction is 10000 sq. feet , keep it in mind . and , for a 4 storied building , it comes as 40000 sq feet .
Rs. 2 cr. Per floor minimum for the leaders – pony has calculated swiftly .
One house is for 25 years , one road is for 2 years .
School colleges universities have no space more in west Bengal .
Now , govt. road side motels , govt. women hostels , govt. old age homes , govt. pros quarters , govt. orphaneges ……
Govt. constructions must go on ….
