After this long lock down , it is almost obvious that the economy of state will be declined a large . Everyone of us have to face the change . That time is more important than this time .
The rules to follow as per Kautilya are to keep economy stable and to keep peace –
a. For India
1. So far as possible the external world will minimise the India partnership business , relations ; except some renowned , it must be accepted as their economy is also declined
2. We have to keep migration from and to India stop for at least one year
3. We have to keep minimum govt. employee at external world ,
4. Take off the ipl type money fly to make economy stable .
b. For Bengal
1. We have to shut down all non profitable business at out of Bengal , specially out of India ;
2. We must make an end the lease policy of external real estates as early as possible , and without renewal ;
3. Total reserve money of every group must be estimated , as , henceforth the groups have to feed their members , may be a small subsidy will be allowed ;
4. Make zero cut money from staff salary [ as for example one it engineer get 45000 and their group make them signed 100,000 – this 55000 will not be allowed any more ] , even the salary of group leaders will be fixed henceforth ; one senior lecturer of polytechnic , may maximum get 45000 /- , the extra for idle group members will be cartel .
5. Make a minimum no. of staff , other stay home with a minimum salary . Where 2 monitors can work , no need to put 20 there . division of labour , means division of salary .
6. Train your people to live without any luxury with their children , life style will be as before 2005 ;
7. Total stop migration from Bangladesh .
8. Train your children to walk to school and their learned mother will replace the private tutors ;
9. Make minimum women staff , as woman staff means three times expenditure with their helping hands [ I can take challenge over this point ];
10. Women , train yourself within lockdown to do house works , cooking ; or be a good prostitute as you have to work same as like one male of same salary , otherwise you have to give entertain others . [ can purabi and the shreya replace daya and avijit with same trp ?]
11. The cbi and ed must take their positions soon .
12. Make your own hobby with your earning , you have to pay for everything ; we know , one Bengali film can earn how much .
13. Politicians – your duty is as I have done , so live with your salary or you will invite dacoits at your home ;
14. Women – hear your 5-18 children are reading loudly ;
15. For monthly 15 ghz , net charge is reasonable ; over that charge must jump ;
16. Like escort duty , surrogacy ; m/f prostitution may be made legal ;
17. As money has increased drastically from 2011 – 18 ; it is decreasing from 2018 – 25 , you have time to settle the society ;
18. Farmers ,fisher men are nature savvy , so don’t want money randomly for natural calamity from central , they have also limited capacity ; and other country never donate their hard earned money to you ;
19. Ask public before donate / prize / all shree money – whether they agree to take black money as lottery , mutual fund or not ; same for govt. buildings ,roads , bridges – public demand required .
20. Police and defence – hard time ahead ;
21. Mixing govt. money with black money is a bad process ;
22. Never make own self fool , that you don’t know from where your salary is coming ;
23. For lockdown , expected a hike in census in dec jan – a problem ;
24. For future poor economy , before give birth of baby , save for him / her ; at least 1 lakh for slams ; country may not take any responsibility .
25. Let’s back to our past social life , it becomes hazardous to make double life [ life after death ] for mass for the economy . teach children to take family responsibility .
26. In lockdown period , train yourself to keep quiet , as aggressiveness is bad for you and society .
