It is hereby , I , Soma Mukhopadhyay , residential address – 71/12 Barui Para lane , Kolkata – 700035 ; in full consent , in full mental fitness ,
is declaring that –
All my static , dynamic asset ; residing to house or bank or to other hand like book publishers and others to be paid me in future , will go for the old aged prostitutes ( with certification that they are at least fifteen years in this profession ) over the world ; after my natural or unnatural death .
The only exception is the money that is nominated to Protul Muherjee (or Protul kr. Mukherjee or Muhopadhyay ) and Sobhana Muhopadhyay ; with their consent . If they deny to take over the money with the clause below , that will also go to be added with the above .
These two persons are also successors of Tarun Mukherjee and Sucheta Mukherjee , but under the circumstance , they will not be taken legally as my siblings . They are not linked to any of my good or bad works .
The portion of house under name of Sucheta Mukherjee , and also money at SC bank jointly of 3 and the Balmer Lawrie & co. shares of my part ; will never can be shifted . The portion of our house belong to me will be the memory of us five and will be maintained by two other share holders along with their fees from the above mentioned money and share and all not nominated funds like GPF , FD etc . Maintenance of the full house will be done in yearly if other two also agreed with my will . There will be some administrators added to make the trusty board .
I , hereby disown , all the persons called relatives by Sucheta Mukherjee and Tarun Mukherjee and declaring that I have no relatives , spouse or children . This declaration point is made as per contract with Sucheta Mukherjee in
May 1985 .
And , it will be taken as illegal if anyone claim him or her as my relative .
The above mentioned two share holders are connected by Tarun Mukherjee’s property , but , anyone linked with them are not in benefit of the nominated money even . That is , after their death the process will be fully maintained by the trusty board of members globally selected .
And , I have no employee ( including body guard / security guard / project helper ) engaged by me in any way whose salary is /will be paid by me , except the temporary house staff .
In due time , one trusty board name from my national / international friends will be added .
And , I have no debt in social and financial aspect to anyone of the world .
This will may be amended and the names of trusty will be added there .
The paintings and other non mentioned asset will be sorted in near future .
