Terror attack by local east Pakistan refugee  residential  , breaking of house car , beating by strong sticks ,  Attempt to murder.

Friends ,

  It is to inform you that , I , soma mukopadyay , f , 62 , and my sister  sobhana mukopadyay , f, 58 , reside at our paternal house of above address for last 58 years .

The points about us – a. we are highly educated , good wb family background , working at government departments , have good earning , day spent in duty and house works , never talk with anyone surrounding , never have taken loan of one glass of water , take good food cooking at home , travel all over india , have good society , have separate .com web sites  .

The point about the surroundings – refugee gene , no family background , uneducated , even males never do any duty , stay at home whole day , from where expenditure with house building construction come is a question , lifestyle is uestionable and suspicious ,  turn to anti social any time , now by pic criminal terrorist . always create disturbance and chaos around us . but this time they have cross the last limit .

Matters of jealous , anger , violence –

1. God has blessed us ,
2. Our free  lifestyle  , never in contact with any male , not in order of male 
3. They have to fight to get a boy child
4. They have got they are utilized , they have lost the happiness of living idle with food drink ac 24 hours water supply jus laying over bed .

the incidents to state –

1. On 27.08.23 ,  pradip banerjee of next back house of us , with sinha family , debasis pal family , debu talukdar , and some unknown had broken our doors gates and car windows .  without any complain to police . just by longtime jealous , depression and greed .
2. On 1.9.2023 , the sina family with pradip banerjee , debasis pal family , son of mihir karmakar , female tenant of udit mukerjee , enter to our house and beat me with strong sticks  , tried to bring me out of my house to erase the trespass and probably  to make rape by their males . they must had expected that one 62 years weak female must get a heart attack wit this .  by the call of my sister , daksineswar police station arrive took me to safe custody , take an fir no . 173/23 .   

The total theme is similar as the murder of my father in 1993 and my mother in 2014 .

With or without document , police is unable to place a charge against me till date . the total violence seems even not possible in bihar up . 

The details of these persons’ action on these days are in annexure .

This is a terrorist action and even the al kayda males never hurt or kill or assault  females or children , nor they use extreme slang to females   . but , these are east Bengal refugees .  more terrorist than the talibans .

IN PRESENT TWO DAYS , THE MAIN ACCUSED –

1. Pradip banerjee  

Live  One house behind ours,  no, 71/10 Barui Para Lane , east Bengal refugee family ,  has encroached about 3 ft of the road and joined with their house ,   in between our house and of them ;  and they also put a large amount of rubbish in our side . For that the lane is decreased by  about 5 ft .  Only 3 ft is left for cars and passengers , and also rain water is gathering in mid place .      I , personally , started to oppose this government land acquisition , the civil code crime   . In return , the low profile drug addicted member of this house by name Pradip Banerjee throws bricks to our house and throw a series of slangs to us .  This has started about three months before , I have the pictures  from that time .

.    As per this Pradip Banerjee , I , throw garbage to their house .  But , neither he has able to show to the municipality cleaner person , councilor of our ward  , nor the police of Daksineswar police station . Nor directly , or , in pic . 

 .    On 27.08.2023 , Sunday , we are attacked by a large anti social gang . firstly , this Pradip Banerjee collect a huge amount of bricks and started to throw   to our windows doors .  The same reason – the invisible garbage from me within their house . 

I started to take the digital recording for court evidence  , and I have the full time activity .

 After few minutes , some women and some anti social joined with him   of the neighborhood and not of the   .  The women started to shout that they will beat me .   Cause unknown .  

All together , broke our house gates , and the glasses of my car wb 06f5374 .

On 1.9. 2023

I was coming from local bazaar , suddenly , the sina family call this pradip banerjee  as I am putting garbage on municipality road , this pradip baner jee and the sinha s come out wit rod and stick , and in between I have entered to my home , but  they enter and started to beat me . two more persons joined to beat me . one is female tenant of udit mukerjee’s house , and another is son of mihir karmakar . police come in spot within minutes , as my sister call them . but , they did not collect the rods , nor ask me who beat me . took me to ps , made one arrest warrant , signed me  . now which is called as safe custody . daksineswar ps  have written some ipc over the fir 173/23 , but the case has not lodged at court within one month . they took me to sagar dutta ospital , but doctor had not advised x ray or usg .

In 1968 , I get to know , this pradip banerjee is very nasty , and I at my 7 , stopped to talk with him .

But , in 1974 , this man infiltrated with the help of his sister krisna banerjee , within girls circle , and planfully made arrangement to sale me , to abuse me . he is one trafficker . he  was get lost by our family in 1975. 

Still even that , in around 1995 , when I was for a training at c.g. engineers’ teachers’ training college  at salt lake , he , somehow get entered there ; tried to talk wit me troug one pimp , and at lunch time put some garbage at the table where I was taking lunch with three other teachers . all four we stopped eating instantly . 

From 1998 to 2017 , I was mostly out of city for my govt transferable job . and , then engaged to writing , film making etc .

From 2011 , this man has supported to the anti socials around us to disturb , beat my sister mother , and himself , started the regular disturbance  one year before . I have throughout pic .

This person is extremely cruel to pets , stray dogs and cats .

•  Debu talukdar

 For last few years , after my mother’s death , the disturbance from neighbors has started .   They try to enter to our house , to destroy our garden , to break our windows and doors .  Just , few months before , one Debu Talukdar ( as he told to police )  , unknown to me , call me , and tell me to let two unknown Punjabi young to let to enter in our house .

I , had informed Baranagar police station , officers made visit , raid the flats where they reside as per Debu Talukdar , but the flats were locked from outside .   And , when I told Debu Talukdar to take their matters from our roof in presence of police  , he need not those now , actually there was nothing at our roof .

These  days  ,  Debu Talukdar was in lead role with Pradip Banerjee to break our house and  car on 27.06.23  . and , also , in support to beat me on 01.09.23 . pic evidence .

• Debasis pal family – east bengal refugee family

On 27.08.23 , when pradip banerjee started to throw bricks to our windows , suddenly , daughter of of debasis pal came to our house and started to shout they will beta us kill us . cause unknown . we never had talked to them . in long past , debasis pal was one of the trafficker with pardip banerjee who wanted to sale me , make a bad patc over my character , devalued me , with a mask of playmate .

Next , I found debasis pal’s son with sumit sinha is breaking our back gate . to clear them , as I throw water , not brick , not hot water , not hot oil . on 1.9.23 , tis family were in full support of te terrorists to beat me . debasis pal  trespass and put nasty water on me , as per his judgement  .  debasis pal family was in lead role in two days .   cause unknown .

3 .  sinha family  east Bengal and bihar mixed family

Lead role in both the days . cause unknown .

One female member entered to our house , and beat me , was one of the 4 main . totally unknown family to us .

• Son of mihir karmakar

This person beat me with strong  stick , main culprit .

Mihir karmakar’s family was very close to us when our fathers were alive . mihir karmakar always stand by us even after my father’s death . it is surprising how his son turn to one this rank jangi who can beat one elder  woman who even does not know him .

But , mihir karmakar , some months ago , at his last days , accused that his son and daughter are gone lost , for their mother .

East Bengal family . mihir karmakar never did any job , nor his son .

•  tenant of udit mukerjee  

6/7 people with very strong figure live in one room  , has arrived one month before the incident . terrorist physique and activity . female member trespassed and beat me .

Cause unknown . totally unknown family .

•  udit mukerjee , ruma mukerjee , souvik mukerjee and Debananda bhattacarjya and his  son  

east Bengal refugee family , udit mukejee is one orphan wit east Bengal refugee mother .

the group had made regular disturbance from 1983 , specially when we have some guest at our house .

debananda bhattacerjya  kill my father in 1993  , in the same way as they are doing with me . beat my father telling lies , and my father get heart attack . their two prominent associate to kill my father were subas catterjee and his son gadai . 

Debananda had to left locality after 1993 , probably to avoid police case .

In 2006 , I get transferred to rupnarayanpur . I , returned on Saturday mid night and left Monday early dawn . but , after some months , I get regular a gathering with these persons at our gate , and bad talks about us . one day , when I was returning from bajar , udit mukerjee , at our house gate started to beat me with one light stick . I quickly entered to house , and made fir to baraanagar ps . ps came afternoon , and probably put some case against udit mukerjee , nalanda battacerjee etc .

2023 , few days before te incidents , souvik mukerjee , joined pradip banerjee , to make the locality hot with some lies .  I have told him ,son of udit mukerjee to record  that , once  I found his mother ruma with some sital in couple here and there , those evenings we get song of sitalda from ruma’s house , but suddenly he died at so young age , and ruma get married with udit . [ rumor – to  stay closest to our house is profitable ,  rupees  inversely proportional to distance square ]  . and debananda require orphan obedience anti social type boy . sital had family . and , probably had some photographs . police may interrogate .

 this time , one of those who are in background , debananda is one of them . from childhood , he is tremendous aggressive . and one of his son is also . the son throw a sizable brick to our helping hand when they twin are of age 5 or 6 .  recently ,just before this  incident and the talk to sauvik ,  I noticed that debananda is visiting this area and making whisper in locality .

•   The maji family  

This family is the lead role , who turned the surroundings in anti social atmosphere .

In  2011 , one day , they suddenly , entered to our house and break our doors by bricks . the girls beat my sister . cause unknown . the first time , I get to know that I am bad , and they want to beat me .

They attacked me on next day , and throw bricks to my paralysed mother , who died after some days .

We made fir to baraanagar ps . some gopal das was i.o. . he visited us , as I returned from the burning gat  , and from that day we get no result .

• the tenant of  mrs. Nath

in around 2018  , mrs. Nat ad one tenant , wo keep is car in beside our ouse , wole nigt stay tere , drink and used slang , pus my car .

in verbal wordcommunication , e told tat tese elements are guards .

guards of wic company or govt. , ow tey are paid , wat teir duty unknown .

• corona    municipality sweeper team

in 2020 , in ard lock down , two members of our front ouses were dies . one is moter of debananda , ruma ; and oter is balaram roy’s fater .

next day , we found , some used elements of some dead person is kept near our ouse .  corona sweeper team came to clear tat , witout any municipality staff , witout any address , but souting tell me tat tose are ours .i informed municipality . tat time , municipality was under sdo observer .

Sdo office took it seriously , probably tey were punished te sweepers as one of the sweeper was present on 27.8.23 .

As my experience , tis was done by balaram’s family , and teir next activity prove tat .

1.     Balaram roy’s son , their family

On 2020 , at dewali , balaram roy’s son with his friends drink a lot , and then he decided to make a joke with two single women . so he put a lot of wine bottles in a sack and with his three friends put it within our house premises .

We caught him and he made confess . we informed the police , and tell them not to take in custody as he is a student and we are teachers .

But , his family woman and her associates  were behind . they took the bottles and started to throw at our house roof .

Balaram’s step brother  basab roy took a full brick and hurt our car . from that day , he had the intension to break our cars . this family may be with the unknown male to break cars and front gate .

We left the matter just informing  

Police  was informed , came , and no action

This family wit oter some family are migrant from free bangladesh in 80 s  .  come here and built three storied building .  none of the large  family have ever engaged in any job  . one of their prominent associate is sajal saha , who is a car driver with three storied building . .

These family and other some family behind are now violently angry  as I have opposed the road encroachment of pradip banerjee , as all these family s , have encroached road , like the hawker , though its not a camp colony area , as no marking of houses or roads . I have informed barahanagar municipality in time .

11 . asish das and associate

This man is found as the trafficker to take me to suicide once , with his associates . case was lodged to high court in 2007.

And , now , with more scoops , fir is made to lalbazar , shyampukur ps is in investigation .

1. The   flat children – recently , our east side neighbor has left their house , and one flat building is stand , were I have noticed , frequently persons from other provinces has come , stay , males drink and gambled between them and then left . these non Bengali family often disturb us , calling us in our busy hour and though we don’t want to talk with any one here for their peculiar suspicious lifestyle , tell that their children has thrown this that , and they can’t wait till our helping and come .

generally they make it when one of us is present at house . and , if we deny , they use nasty slangs to us .  

in brief , what they are doing with us , they will do it with you tomorrow , if you have some potential , if you gentle and civilized  and disobey terror .
