Sub : FIR against Mr. Ujjal Biswas – torturing the undersigned , Soma Mukhopadhyay , principal , govt. polytechnics ( suspended from 2017 beyond service rule ) , at office , issue order posting violating service rules , tried to make mass rape or physical assault at Palassy sending her there as single staff ,

Here I am submitting the FIR against Mr. Ujjal Biswas , ex MLA of Krisnanagar , and , ex minister in charge of technical department of w.b.
Mr. Ujjal Biswas , on 2015 , being that time minister send me to Palassey , Nadia , issued order of posting at Mirmadan Mohanlal Govt. Polytechnic where one new polytechnic will start .
Mr. Ujjal Biswas send at that remote place and at a distance of 162 km from my house without posting of any other staff ( part time or contractual or permanent ) .
For 4 months I had to sit at the large compound vacant buildings with 2 day security guards roaming here and there .
No chair table , no drinking water , station is at 7 km away highway is 3 km away and the nearest human sound is at 1.5 km away .
I had found his intention . the minister set up this to make mass rape of me , minimum physical assault .
Within this 4 month this person send some party goon who made demand that they will sit at my office and will control the college . As I denied , they tried to enter forcefully and run to me to make physical assault . Somehow the guards shut the gates .
After 4 months I took the students from Krisnanagar and some teachers visit there off and on .
And first posting was made after students repeated request to jt secretary on December 2015 last week , 8 months after me on contractual basis , of some gr. D and some lab assistants .
Before this incident this Ujjal Biswas , by his chair power constantly tortured and dishonored me .
Suddenly on 2013 , shift from my principal post and make order to go council ( Autonomous ) without any post .
After many harassment , order was issued to give post of OSD of council . It was one much lower post than principal .
But , his person , custodian of building , did not arrange room or chair for me . I had made report to S.N.Banerjee police station , Kolkata .
Suddenly in 2014 , he stopped my salary for 6 months , which I got refund after making case to state human rights commission .
And , under their verdict , he issued order to return my principal post , but , the posting was at Palassey , where only building was standing , even the hand over from PWD was not made .
I am requesting to take action against this person for misutilising power and abuse of woman staff .
