Sub  :  appeal to take action against dept. of technical education & trg. ( OSD and other 3 mentioned below )  For violation of  service rule about suspension and retirement process for one govt. employee  . 

Sir ,

It’s  to inform you that , I , the undersigned  , one Principal, govt. polytechnics w.b.( from 2006 , after lecturership from 1998 )  , and , after my extra ordinary service , all on a sudden , I am suspended on March 2017 ( after daily  18 hours duty for 2 year to set up one new college alone ) .

All allegations are false fabricated and framed .

Hearing was done by DP enquiry person in 2020 . verdict is missing .

After 5 years silence , in 2025 , one 2020 report and new 2025 verdict is send to me.

But , though in September 2026.  I shall be retired , the verdict is not implemented .

Dept. has made my service hanging so that I can’t get even demoted retirement benefit and my hard earned GPF deposited.

I am hereby reporting against –

1. OSD  of tetsd department – intentionally not processing DP verdict ( marked ) ,  giving indication of some illegal  deal as bribe  .
2. Saibal Mukherjee , that time dic,dtet  – that time junior of me , made complain  to dp that he had ordered me not to visit aicte delhi , which is a lie ( without evidence ) ; and the visit was  not in  dept.  jurisdiction as I was off duty suspended that time .
3. Mr. bhunia , lecture of diamondharbour polytechnic , made complain DP one lie that my office had not  handover all documents about aicte approval to his representative carrier .
4. Sabe sadek mondal – made complain lie that I gave him order , to allow students to give exam with open book .
5. Mr. Saibal  Mukherjee ( not jt. Sec or p.sec ) had ordered me to attend college to do one ldc work ,  leaving aicte delhi emergency works due ( violating state , central and also his confused orders ) . Made complain  DP that I have broke service rule as I was not personally present to deliver Xerox copy of document to one carrier ( not meeting or other importance ) at his convenient time  .

Requesting you to take action against defamation , harassment and dishonor of service rule  , so that I can immediately join my service and get the clean and clear retirement with all my dues .
